Who am i?

Over the course of my career as a competitive athlete I developed a passion for sport psychology and understanding how it plays a role in our performance. Now, as a Mental Performance Consultant, I have the privilege of using this knowledge to help other athletes achieve their goals and unlock their performance potential.
